Eurasia Foundation, the implementer of USAID and UK aid-funded project “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services”, is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) to identify a potential contractor for the Modernization of information systems for the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, namely:
Within this tender, a participant may submit an offer for one or more lots, which include the following list:
Lot #1 Modernization of the information and communication system “Electronic register of sports facilities” in terms of improving functioning and ensuring inclusiveness”, according to the Technical Requirements (attached).
Lot #2 Modernization of the electronic communication system “Online service for transfer to the public plane of the process of assigning sports titles from species of sports officially recognized in Ukraine”, according to the Technical Requirements (attached).
Please carefully read the documents below.
If you are interested, have sufficient resources to properly perform the tasks and meet the specified requirements, we look forward to receiving the following documents on tapas.procurement@eurasia.org:
- Request for Quotation (according to the attached form)
- Detailed budget (according to the attached form, in XLS format)
- Free-form Project proposal, at lease containing the stages of work and approximate terms of implementation
- Registration documents (scanned copies, extract)
- Team’s composition with their resumes, portfolio of the organization
- RFQ Instructions (according to the attached form, scanned copy)
- Supplier registration form (according to the attached form, 3 sheets)

The deadline for proposals’ submission: January 9, 2024 (6 pm Kyiv time).
It is required that you mention the request number (TAPAS-RFQ-2023-039) in the subject of each e-mail you send.
Proposals received after the deadline and sent to another e-mail address will not be considered.
