On November 18, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a new law on Public Electronic Registries No. 2110, that was developed by the experts of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and IDLO Ukraine. It will be the main document to regulate the system of public registries in Ukraine as well as data exchange between them.
