• 2 (two) Tax Experts (E-excise, TAPAS-RFQ-2020-036, in UA only) 

• 2 (two) Business Analysts (E-excise, TAPAS-RFQ-2020-036, in UA only) 

• 1 (one) Legal Expert (E-excise, TAPAS-RFQ-2020-036, in UA only) and 

• 1 (one) Senior Business Analysts (E-excise, TAPAS-RFQ-2020-036, in UA only)
